Welcome 2020 Incoming Graduate Students

On behalf of the Graduate Student Council (GSC), we’d like to welcome you to MIT!

To help you acclimate to life on campus, we’re organizing social, academic, and informational events for 2020 Graduate Student Orientation.  We're starting with online information sessions and when possible, we'll adapt our activities and communitcations to suit the needs and policies on acceptable health and safety practices.

We  started off with a webinar on Housing  on Wednesday April 22 (See Pre-campus Programs tab for more details) hosted by MIT Housing office and current MIT graduate students to give incoming graduates their perspective and basic information on living on-and off- campus. It's recommended that incoming graduates review the pdf  of MIT Graduate Housing Timelines and Processes 2020-2021  and visit MIT's Graduate Housing Website https://studentlife.mit.edu/housing/graduate-family-housing/dates-deadlines

The May webinar was a combined MIT Medical  and then International Student Office session.
