Hello Incoming Grads!

The Graduate Student Council (GSC) is happy to welcome you to your new home. We are a group of graduate students (just like you) and our mission is to enhance the overall graduate student experience. We have a wide range of programs and initiatives, and urge you get involved with at least one of them when you arrive to campus. The first of those initiatives is the GSC 2019 Orientation Welcome Picnic which will begin on Sunday,  August 25th 2019. We are the largest student run orientation for graduate students in the nation and we can’t wait to welcome you to the MIT community!

We hope you find them useful and refer back to these if you have any questions during your first year and beyond. Once you arrive on campus you will be receiving the weekly GSC Anno, our weekly newsletter – a briefing on graduate activities.
